Chris Redfield Punches Zombies in the Face

Now, I realize this news is over a week old, but this is a new blog so you'll just have to forgive me while I play a little catch up. Anyway, below you'll find the new extended trailer for Resident Evil 5, which, in my opinion is looking to knock RE4 out of the water as the best Resident Evil game, moving RE2 to a close 3rd.



So, what did you think? Looks pretty good I'd say. I suppose you could make the argument that at face value it's a little racist (white American super cop infiltrates Haitian/Jamaican/African village, starts killing black people). Besides that though it looks pretty solid. It appears we're dealing with the same kind of non-zombies again, like the ones dealt with in RE4, but that's just alright by me. I suppose we'll just have to wait until game is released (hopefully later in 2008 or early 2009).
