It's been a month already?

Chest: 52"
Abdomen: 51"
Waist: 48.75"
Arm: 15"
Thigh: 24.75"
Hips: 45.75" 

Results!  Weight, waist, arms, thighs and hips are down.  Getting easier and feeling good.

weight lifting & cardio 3 to 4 times a week, and just watching what I eat.
